The first year only, there is also a $995 one-time plan setup and software customization fee. This fee does not vary with plan size. A $30 charge is assessed to cover additional processing costs associated with the following transactions, on a per-incident basis: loan disbursements, distributions, QDROs, compliance testing corrections and hardship withdrawals. There is a plan termination fee of $50 per plan participant.
